Single Production Sample Clauses
Single Production. An Artist shall be deemed to be in a “Single Production” when the Artist has been engaged by the Theatre to rehearse and perform in only one (1) production.
Single Production. A production not given in repertory or stock as defined above shall be designated as a "single production".
Single Production. Hours in the Final Rehearsal Week (Tech).
(1) The Producer may schedule up to 48 hours of rehearsal during tech week without incurring overtime, provided:
(a) The Actor on a Weekly Contract has worked no less than one week (six days of rehearsal) prior to tech week; or
(b) The Actor on a Per Performance Contract has worked no less than 42 hours prior to tech week.
(2) For the purpose of dress and/or technical rehearsals only, the Producer may schedule two 10-out-of-12-hour rehearsal days prior to the first public performance. Any hour or part thereof in excess of said 48 hours shall be paid at the prevailing overtime rate. (See Rule 46(H).)
(3) The Producer shall schedule a technical run-through without an audience prior to the first public performance.

Single Production. You acknowledge, agree and understand that You may use the Leased Property only as expressly permitted under Paragraph 4 hereinabove, and You may not use or authorize to be used any of the Leased Property in, on or in association with any film, television show, commercial, production or other project other than the individual Production named and described in Schedule “1.” Any use of the Leased Property in, on and/or in association with any film, television show, commercial, production or other project other than the individual Production named and described in Schedule “1” requires Our prior written consent and entitles Us to receive additional Rent from You.
