The Single Premium will be reduced by any applicable Premium Taxes required by federal, state or local authorities. The initial allocation of Your premium for variable Annuity Payments to the Subaccounts is also shown in Section 1, Contract Specifications. The minimum allocation to any Subaccount must not be less than 5% of the total amount allocated to the Subaccounts.
