Single Performance Day. On a single Performance Day, the Artist may not be called for more than one
(1) hour of rehearsal before the performance. The day following a run-out shall not be a two-Performance Day.
Single Performance Day. On any day on which only one (1) performance is scheduled, the Artist shall not be required to rehearse in excess of two (2) consecutive hours. On the day of the season's first performance of a ballet or upon the restaging of a ballet which has not been performed by the company in the past three (3) months, as well as on one other Performance Day during the same performance week (in order to rehearse a second cast of a ballet), this time may be increased by one (1) hour and the span of day increased by one hour, provided that the total amount of rehearsal does not exceed three
