Common use of SINGLE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

SINGLE CONTRACT. PRODUCER’S DUTIES a. must pay for costs incurred by the Producer Organisation in carrying out the statutory producer responsibility duties described in paragraph 3; b. must provide ▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd with statutory information about packaging materials and quantities every year in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd’s instructions. The Producer must submit the information for the previous calendar year by the end of February in the following calendar year; c. the Producer is obliged to cooperate with and to assist ▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd in the audits described in paragraph 11 of the Terms of Contract, in any official inspections and in any other neces- sary matters at the request of ▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd.
