Common use of Single Allocation Clause in Contracts

Single Allocation. Leases and Leased Vehicles allocated to the 2023-A Reference Pool will not be in the Revolving Facility Pool or allocated to any other Reference Pool (other than after an Administrative Reallocation of a Lease and the related Leased Vehicle). No Leases or Leased Vehicles in the Revolving Facility Pool or allocated to any other Reference Pool after the Cutoff Date will be in the 2023-A Reference Pool.

Single Allocation. Leases and Leased Vehicles allocated to the 20232019-A Reference Pool will not be in the Revolving Facility Pool or allocated to any other Reference Pool (other than after an Administrative Reallocation of a Lease and the related Leased Vehicle).
