Single Agreement. This Master Agreement, the terms agreed between the Parties with respect to each FX Transaction and Option (and, to the extent recorded in a Confirmation, each such Confirmation), and all amendments to any of such items shall together form the agreement between the Parties (the "Agreement") and shall together constitute a single agreement between the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that all FX Transactions and Options are entered into in reliance upon such fact, it being understood that the Parties would not otherwise enter into any FX Transaction or Option.
