Single Adjustment. Employee is entitled to a “Single Adjustment”, as described below, if the conditions of this Section 3.09b are satisfied and Employee does not receive a Pride Restricted Stock Awards for either one, but only one, of calendar years 2010 or 2011, as applicable.
