Contracts for more than the simplified acquisition threshold currently set at $150,000, which is the inflation adjusted amount determined by the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) as authorized by 41 USC 1908, must address administrative, contractual, or legal remedies in instances where contractors violate or breach contract terms, and provide for such sanctions and penalties as appropriate. Provisions regarding Contractor default are included in the Bidding and Contract Documents and General Terms and Conditions. Any Contract award will be subject to such Bidding and Contract Documents and General Terms and Conditions. The remedies under the Contract are in addition to any other remedies that may be available under law or in equity. By submitting a Bid, you agree to these Contractor violation and breach of contract terms.
