Simatic IT Software Maintenance Terms and Conditions. These Simatic IT Maintenance Terms and Conditions apply to the Simatic IT Software, support level and time zone, Simatic IT Libraries for older Simatic IT versions, , and other Maintenance Services as specified in SISW’s offer to Customer, which could take the form of an LSDA or other ordering document that is acceptable in form and content to SISW (hereinafter referred to collectively as an “LSDA”), and constitutes the relevant scope of Maintenance Services provided by SISW to the Customer for Simatic IT Software. SISW and Customer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
