Silviculture Deposit. In consideration of Chawathil First Nation entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Chawathil First Nation, or a legal entity controlled by the Chawathil First Nation, and British Columbia.
Silviculture Deposit. In consideration of Matsqui First Nation entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Matsqui First Nation, or a legal entity controlled by the Matsqui First Nation, and British Columbia.
Silviculture Deposit. In consideration of Gitanyow entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Gitanyow, or a legal entity controlled by Gitanyow, and British Columbia.

In consideration of Lake Cowichan First Nation entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Lake Cowichan First Nation, or a legal entity controlled by the Lake Cowichan First Nation, and British Columbia.

In consideration of Katzie First Nation entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Katzie First Nation, or a legal entity controlled by Katzie First Nation, and British Columbia.
