Common use of Silverleaf Successors Clause in Contracts

Silverleaf Successors. The provisions of this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon Silverleaf, its successors, assigns and other affiliated entities, including, but not limited to, any corporation which may acquire all or substantially all of Silverleaf's assets or with or into which Silverleaf may be consolidated, merged or reorganized. Upon any such merger, consolidation or reorganization, the term "Silverleaf" as used herein shall be deemed to refer to any such successor corporation.
