SIGNS AND ANTENNAE. 9.1. Landlord agrees that Tenant shall have the right at its own cost and expense to erect, maintain and replace signs on the Leased Premises advertising its business and the services it provides. Any signs erected by Tenant shall conform to the requirements of local ordinances and shall be signs generally used by Tenant to advertise its business from time to time, including, but not limited to, its standard capsule sign.
