Common use of SIGNS AND ADVERTISEMENTS Clause in Contracts

SIGNS AND ADVERTISEMENTS. No sign, advertisement, display, notice or other lettering shall be exhibited, inscribed, painted or affixed on any part of the Premises. This includes, but is not limited to, temporary signage of any kind, or signage on umbrellas over tables, unless by prior written authorization from the Village of Grafton Planning and Development Department.
