Signposts. Generally signposts shall be situated at the rear of the footpath and located so as not to cause obstructions to the general public, private property and traffic. Where applicable the absolute minimum clearance between the signpost face and or attachments from the kerb edge should be 450 mm. Signposts are to be installed at least 450 mm behind any traffic barriers. Signposts shall be located so that access doors always face away from approaching traffic.

Signposts. 5.1 It is hereby clarified and agreed that the Management Company will determine the location in the “building” wherein signposts may be installed in the “building” and/or the communal areas and the form of the sign including the “Tenant’s” signs. The “Tenant” will install its signs in a place and form only as determined by the Management Company, and it undertakes not to install or hang signs in other places and/or in other forms, including upon the external walls and/or windows of the “premises”.

  • Copies and Facsimiles This Agreement and all documents which relate thereto, which have been or may be hereinafter furnished the Lender may be reproduced by the Lender by any photographic, microfilm, xerographic, digital imaging, or other process, and the Lender may destroy any document so reproduced. Any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding (whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made in the regular course of business). Any facsimile which bears proof of transmission shall be binding on the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was initiated and likewise shall be so admissible in evidence as if the original of such facsimile had been delivered to the party which or on whose behalf such transmission was received.

  • Facsimile and Email Signatures The use of facsimile signatures and signatures delivered by email in portable document format (.pdf) affixed in the name and on behalf of the transfer agent and registrar of the Partnership on certificates representing Common Units is expressly permitted by this Agreement.

  • Verifications If Partner acquires Red Hat Products and/or Services directly from Red Hat, during the Term and for at least two (2) years thereafter, Partner will keep and maintain commercially reasonable written records regarding Partner’s use and distribution of the Red Hat Products and Services and business activities related to the Program(s) ("Records"). Red Hat may, at its own expense, verify the Records to determine Partner’s compliance with this Agreement. This verification may take the form of requests for information, documents or records (to which Partner will respond promptly), on-site visits (for which Partner shall grant Red Hat the requisite access), or both. The Parties will act reasonably and cooperate with each other in respect of such verifications. Any on-site visit will occur during regular business hours and will not interfere unreasonably with Partner’s business.   • Counterparts; Facsimile and PDF Signatures This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same document. A facsimile or portable document format (PDF) signature on this Amendment shall be equivalent to, and have the same force and effect as, an original signature.

  • Photograph Waiver The Resident grants permission to the Institution and/or the Manager to use photographs or videotapes taken of the Resident in or about the Residence for use (i) in advertising, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and magazines relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, (iii) in electronic versions of the same publications or on web sites or other electronic form or media relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, and (iii) on display boards within the Residence or the Institution, all without notification. The Resident waives any right to inspect or approve any finished photograph or videotape or any electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with a photograph or videotape now or in the future and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any such photograph, videotape or electronic matter.

  • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.

  • Facsimile or .pdf Signature This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or .pdf signature and a facsimile or .pdf signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.

  • Eye Examinations For all covered employees required to use VDTs on average at least two (2) hours per day, MUNI will provide a base line eye examination at the Occupational Safety and Health facility ("OSH"), followed by an eye examination at OSH every two years.

  • Sign Tenant shall not place or permit to be placed any sign or decoration on the Land or the exterior of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any sign or declaration placed on the Land or the exterior of the Building by or for Tenant shall be in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. Tenant, upon written notice by Landlord, shall immediately remove any sign or decoration that Tenant has placed or permitted to be placed on the Parcel or the exterior of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord, and if Tenant fails to so remove such sign or decoration within five (5) days after Landlord's written notice, Landlord may enter upon the Premises and remove said sign or decoration and Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, as additional rent upon demand, the cost of such removal. At the expiration or any earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall remove any sign which it has placed on the Land or applicable Building and shall repair any damage caused by the installation or removal of such sign.
