Significance of Executing. a Copy of the Addendum Joining Additional Party. By executing a copy of the Addendum Joining Additional Party, the entity is not only binding itself to honor this Funding Agreement and the Finance Agent Agreement, but also acknowledging the explicit commitments as set forth in Section 8.3.1, Section 8.3.2 and Section 8.3.4., as well as all applicable commitments set forth in Section 8.3.3 (a) or (b) or (c).
