Signed Counterpart Sample Clauses

A Signed Counterpart clause allows parties to execute a contract in multiple copies, with each copy considered an original. In practice, this means that each party can sign separate physical or electronic copies of the agreement, and all signed versions together form a single binding contract. This clause facilitates efficient execution when parties are in different locations or unable to sign the same document, ensuring that the contract is valid and enforceable even if not all signatures appear on a single page.
