Common use of Signed Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Signed Authorizations. Upon receipt of the signed authorization from the employee authorizing the deduction, the Employer agrees to deduct the amount of the Union dues, levies and assessments payable to the Union by an employee in the Union's bargaining unit.
