Common use of Signature of Returns Clause in Contracts

Signature of Returns. The Trustee designated in Section 6.03 shall sign on behalf of the Trust the tax returns and other periodic filings of the Trust, unless applicable law requires the Owner to sign such documents, in which case, so long as the Grantor is the Owner and applicable law allows the Grantor to sign any such document, the Grantor shall sign such document. At any time that the Grantor is not the Owner, or is otherwise not allowed by law to sign any such document, then the party required by law to sign such document shall sign.
