Signatory Removal. IAB may remove a Signatory from its position as a Signatory if (i) a court of competent jurisdiction determines that such Signatory breached this Agreement pursuant to Section 8(III); or (ii) such Signatory fails to satisfy the standards established for passing an audit pursuant to Section 6.

Signatory Removal.
