The Signalling clause establishes the requirements and procedures for notifying relevant parties about specific events or actions under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how and when notifications must be made, such as through written notice, electronic communication, or other agreed-upon methods, and may specify timeframes or designated contacts. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties are promptly and properly informed of important developments, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating smooth contract administration.
