SIGNAL WORK Sample Clauses

The SIGNAL WORK clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the installation, modification, or maintenance of signaling systems within a project. It typically outlines the standards to be followed, the scope of work covered (such as traffic signals, railway signals, or communication systems), and the qualifications required for personnel performing the work. By clearly specifying these expectations, the clause ensures that signal-related tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations, thereby minimizing operational risks and ensuring reliable system performance.
