Common use of Sign Regarding Construction Financing Clause in Contracts

Sign Regarding Construction Financing. Borrower shall include on any sign erected by Borrower at or near the Property a statement in conspicuous lettering that construction financing is being provided by Lenders, all to the reasonable satisfaction of Administrative Agent. If such sign is not erected, Borrower shall, upon request by and at the expense of Lenders, erect and maintain on a suitable site on the Property a sign indicating that construction financing is being provided by Lenders, all to the reasonable satisfaction of Administrative Agent.
