Sign Consent. By accepting the electronic version of this Agreement, you agree that Peoples Bank of Graceville may make agreements terms and conditions disclosures available for these services electronically. You provide your authorization and consent to the email notification and delivery of electronic records selected for your designated accounts, as described in this Agreement. All agreements entered into electronically will be deemed valid, authentic, and will have the same legal effect as agreements entered into by paper means. You will be deemed to have received any electronic messages sent to you if such messages are sent to the latest email address you have provided to Peoples Bank of Graceville. You further agree that electronic copies of eStatements are valid as “originals” and you will not contest the validity of the electronic copies, absent proof of altered data tampering. This consent to the use of electronic agreements and communications shall apply to all agreements, terms and conditions, and disclosures associated with your accounts made in conjunction with this agreement and services. Peoples Bank of Graceville may, from time-to-time, introduce new online banking services. We shall update this Online Access Agreement to notify you of the existence of these new services. By using these services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Online Banking Access Agreement.

To update your e-mail address, request a paper version, or withdraw your consent, send a written request to Customer Service. To electronically receive, access, or retain disclosures and information related to this Agreement, you will need access to the Internet, a computer with a Web browser (preferably Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher, Apple Safari or Google Chrome), and the ability to receive, read and save e-mail.

As part of this consent, Ellevest, or someone on our behalf, may send you communications generated by automatic telephone dialing systems [and/or deliver prerecorded messages] that includes (i) security confirmation messages; (ii) communications about your account (such as transfers you requested or received), (iii) communications about use and updates to our services, and (iv) other information concerning your account and our services. Ellevest does not charge you when we communicate with you via text message, but your phone carrier will apply standard text messaging charges and data rates. In order to receive electronic communications, including Legal Disclosures, you must have: ● A computer or mobile device with an internet connection. ● A web browser that includes 128-bit encryption, with cookies enabled. ● The ability to view and retain Portable Document Format (PDF) files. ● A valid email address and phone number. ● Sufficient storage space to save any Legal Disclosure or an installed printer to print them. You provide your authorization and informed consent to the e-mail notice and the delivery of electronic records selected for your Designated Accounts as described in this Agreement. All agreements entered into by electronic means will be deemed valid, authentic, and shall have the same legal effect as agreements entered into on paper. You will be deemed to have received any electronic messages sent to you if such messages are sent to the latest email address you have provided to Friend Bank.

Sign Consent. Certain laws and regulations may require Crunch and/or ABC Global Services, to provide Member with written notices and disclosures on paper. With Member’s consent, this information may be provided to Member electronically. Member’s consent hereto shall apply to each and every disclosure, notice, agreement, statement, term and condition, and any other information (collectively, the “Documents”) that Crunch and/or ABC Global Services, may provide Member. Member’s consent to receive the Documents electronically shall continue until expressly withdrawn by Member. Notwithstanding, Member may request a paper copy of all electronic Documents by contacting Crunch and/or ABC Global Services, and requesting a paper copy. Member may withdraw its consent at any time by notifying the customer service department of Crunch and/or ABC Global Services. Upon withdrawing consent, Member shall no longer receive the Documents electronically. Member acknowledges that withdrawing consent may result in additional fees for Member’s receipt of the Documents. Member agrees to maintain a valid email address with Crunch and/or ABC Global Services, and to promptly notify Crunch and/or ABC Global Services, of any changes to Member’s email address. If Member has provided another type of electronic contact information, such as a phone number, then Member may change that contact information by contacting the customer service department of Crunch and/or ABC Global Services. To access, view and receive the Documents electronically, Member agrees and acknowledges that it must have: (i) a computer, mobile device, tablet or smartphone, (ii) a version of internet browser software that is up-to-date and supported by Member’s electronic device, (iii) an internet connection, (iv) software that is capable of accurately reading and displaying electronic PDF files, (v) a computer or electronic device operating system capable of supporting the items above, and (vi) a printer or electronic storage device if Member desires to print any electronic Documents. Member acknowledges that it may also need a certain brand or device that can support applications intended for Member’s electronic mobile devices, tablets and smartphones. In the event the required software or hardware is modified in such a way that would create a material risk to Member to access the Documents electronically, then Crunch and/or ABC Global Services, will notify Member following such material modification.
