Sick and Vacation Days. Upon the SC&I’s retirement from employment with the district, the Board will pay up to 40 accumulated and unused sick days and vacation days not to exceed a combined total of $15,000 to the SC&I. The per diem rate is calculated by dividing the annual salary as described in Section B.1
