SHW Sample Clauses
The SHW clause, often referring to 'Statutory Health and Welfare' provisions, outlines the obligations and entitlements related to statutory health and welfare benefits within a contract. Typically, this clause specifies the types of benefits provided, such as health insurance, sick pay, or other welfare-related entitlements, and clarifies the employer's responsibilities in ensuring compliance with relevant laws. By clearly defining these terms, the SHW clause ensures that both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding health and welfare benefits, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring legal compliance.
