Shurgard's Representations and Warranties. Shurgard hereby represents and warrants to Fremont that it is a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the state of Washington and that the individuals who executed this Agreement on behalf of Shurgard have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement. For all purposes Fremont is entitled to rely on the approval by either of Shurgard's Designated Representatives, acting individually, as to all matters relating to or arising out of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
