Common use of SHRINKAGE Clause in Contracts

SHRINKAGE. Notwithstanding any other clause in this Agreement, CBH will apply a Shrinkage factor to all Grain received via Grower receivals, Non-Grower Receivals or warehousing reversions to determine the quantity of Grain that CBH is obliged to Outturn on behalf of the Customer.
