Common use of SHRINKAGE Clause in Contracts

SHRINKAGE. Notwithstanding any other clause in this Agreement, CBH will apply a Shrinkage factor to all Grain delivered by the Customer to the Port Terminal Facility to determine the quantity of Grain that CBH is obliged to Outturn on behalf of the Customer.
