Shredding Services.ย Companies supplying Shredding Services shall comply with the following minimum service requirements: โ€ข Provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, secured vehicles, fuel, materials, supervision, and other related services and supplies to provide secure confidential shredding Services either onsite or offsite as required for various City Departments; โ€ข Contact Department to arrange appropriate date and time for shredding Services prior to each visit; โ€ข Shredding of paper, staples, and compact discs (CDโ€™s); โ€ข Provide a Certificate of Destruction to the Department in which Services are provided upon request by the City Department; โ€ข Provide one-time purges or one-time bin needs for special events at the City; and โ€ข Provide Uniform Shredding of Public Safety or other uniforms as necessary, in accordance with Price Schedule stated above in this Contract.

Shredding Services.ย Unless otherwise agreed to by Landlord, Tenant shall use the shredding company used by Landlord, at Tenantโ€™s expense. Tenant shall engage such shredding services for its own account and shall pay all charges for such services and shall indemnify Landlord against liability or damage on such account.
