SHRED DOCUMENTS Clause Samples

The SHRED DOCUMENTS clause requires parties to destroy certain documents, typically by shredding, to ensure sensitive or confidential information is not disclosed or misused. This clause often applies to physical documents containing proprietary data, trade secrets, or personal information, and may specify when and how shredding should occur, such as after a contract ends or upon request. Its core function is to protect confidential information by mandating secure disposal, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized access or data breaches.
