Common use of SHOWING Clause in Contracts

SHOWING. During the one year period preceding the date on which the Term of this Lease shall terminate or fully expire, Landlord may show the Leased Property or any part thereof to prospective tenants or purchasers at such reasonable times during normal business hours as Landlord may select upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant. The foregoing shall not apply to Vacated Properties.
