Shower System Clause Samples
The Shower System clause defines the requirements and specifications for the installation and performance of the shower system within a construction or renovation project. It typically outlines the types of fixtures, water pressure standards, and installation methods that must be followed, and may specify brands, models, or compliance with certain codes. By clearly setting these expectations, the clause ensures that the installed shower system meets the agreed-upon quality and functionality standards, reducing the risk of disputes over performance or compliance.

Where a shower in and/or out system is a requirement for disease control purposes and it is implemented by management , each employee shall, prior to commencement of duty, shower using toiletry products supplied by the employer and shall dress into clothing supplied and laundered by the employer. No personal clothing, including jewellery or other effects including lunches, cigarettes, tissues, etc., shall be taken onto the facility except that it is passed through an ultra violet light bacteria control system or similar process of control. Where and/or when necessary, in the employer’s opinion, the employee shall also be required to shower out at the cessation of duty and follow the same procedure.
