Shorter Timeframes for Changes Allowed. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.2.3 the Parties may agree upon a shorter timeframe necessary for the approval of any engineering or other changes to the Products. Upon agreement by the Parties, such shorter timeframes shall becoming binding upon the Parties.
