Common use of Short Term Replacements Clause in Contracts

Short Term Replacements. A short term replacement is an employee hired to cover short term needs for periods of less than one month. Such employee shall receive vacation pay at the rate of six percent (6%) on a bi-weekly basis but shall not be entitled to any other benefit or leave under this agreement.
