Short Haul Sample Clauses

The Short Haul clause defines the terms and conditions that apply to transportation services covering relatively short distances, typically within a specified geographic area or under a certain mileage threshold. In practice, this clause may set out unique pricing structures, minimum charges, or service requirements that differ from those for long-haul shipments, such as reduced rates for local deliveries or specific timeframes for pickup and drop-off. Its core function is to address the distinct operational and cost considerations of short-distance transport, ensuring that both parties understand the expectations and obligations for these types of shipments.
