Shipping & Postage Sample Clauses

The Shipping & Postage clause defines the responsibilities and terms related to the delivery and associated costs of goods or materials under an agreement. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for arranging shipment, who bears the cost of postage or freight, and may outline timelines or methods for delivery. For example, the clause might state that the seller will ship products via a specified carrier and that the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Its core function is to allocate responsibility and costs for shipping, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their obligations regarding delivery.
