Shipment Reports. The Principal shall furnish to the Agent at the Agent's address for receiving notices, not later than the _______________________(______) day of each calendar month, a list indicating by customer name and products, the shipment(s) of products, invoices rendered for the products, and acceptance and rejection of orders during the immediately preceding calendar month.
