Ship to Ship Transfers. 19.1 The loading or discharging of LNG from the Vessel at anchorage or alongside another vessel or lighter shall be allowed where there is an emergency or where Owner has been given reasonable advance notice and has consented (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld), but always subject to the Master’s reasonable discretion that such operation is, and remains, safe.
