SHIFT AND WORK ASSIGNMENT Clause Samples

The SHIFT AND WORK ASSIGNMENT clause defines how shifts and specific work tasks are allocated among employees. Typically, it outlines the employer's authority to assign employees to different shifts or roles based on operational needs, and may specify procedures for notifying employees of changes or for handling shift preferences.
