Shift #1. An employee who is displaced from a classification on a shift may exercise his/her seniority against a more junior employee in the same classification on another shift or the most junior employee in another classification on the same shift as the one from which he/she is being displaced. If no such junior employee in that classification on another shift exists, the displaced employee may exercise his/her seniority on a plant- wide basis against a more junior employee as long as the employee is willing to per- form such tasks as assigned
