SHELL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS. Shell Construction Drawings" shall mean 1/4 or 1/8 scale construction drawings for the Shell Improvements containing all information reasonably necessary to construct the Shell Improvements, which drawings shall be reasonably consistent with the Preliminary Plans and Specifications and shall incorporate the selected Exterior Building Finishes.
