It is Buyer’s responsibility to ensure food safety and comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning food safety. Seller is not responsible for any damage or loss, medically or otherwise, resulting from Buyer's products or ingestion of juices prepared by Buyer using Seller's Products (including, without limitation, any recipes or guidelines).
