The "Sharing Space" clause defines the terms under which multiple parties may use or occupy the same physical or virtual area. Sharing Space. The City encourages the conservation of the Public Rights of Way by the sharing of space among all utilities. To the extent required by federal or state law, the Company shall permit any other franchised entity, by appropriate contract or agreement negotiated by the parties, to use any and all Facilities constructed by the Company. All said agreements and installations shall be subject to all future ordinances, resolutions, rules, regulations, and policies of the City. The Company agrees that it will not grant any entity the right to occupy the Public Rights of Way without first giving written notice to the City and receiving written approval of the City.
