Sharing of Reimbursement Obligation Payments. Whenever the Agent receives a payment from any Borrower on account of reimbursement obligations in respect of a Letter of Credit, Credit Support or Shipping Release Indemnity as to which the Agent has previously received for the account of the issuer thereof payment from a Lender pursuant to SECTION 2.3(e)(2), the Agent shall promptly pay to such Lender such Lender's Pro Rata Share of such payment from such Borrower in Dollars. Each such payment shall be made by the Agent on the Business Day on which the Agent receives immediately available funds paid to such Person pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence, if received prior to 12:00 noon (New York City time) on such Business Day and otherwise on the next succeeding Business Day.
