While we value your right to privacy and confidentiality of your personal information, there are times where your information will be shared and disclosed, as follows: With joint account owners and other parties to the transaction. If you have a joint deposit account or loan account, or if you enter into a transaction or account with us that requires a guarantor or a third-party owner of pledged collateral, you specifically agree to allow us to share and disclose information pertaining to those accounts with all your joint owners and other such persons described herein.
