Common use of SHARES SUBJECT TO RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL Clause in Contracts

SHARES SUBJECT TO RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL. 9.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Articles of Association of the Company, the Optionee shall not have a right of first refusal in relation with any sale, transfer or allotment of shares in the Company.
