Common use of Shares other than Ordinary Shares Clause in Contracts

Shares other than Ordinary Shares. If as a result of an adjustment made pursuant to Section 11(a)(ii) or Section 13(a) hereof, the holder of any Right thereafter exercised shall become entitled to receive any share of capital stock other than Ordinary Shares, thereafter the number of such other shares so receivable upon exercise of any Right and the Purchase Price thereof shall be subject to adjustment from time to time in a manner and on terms as nearly equivalent as practicable to the provisions with respect to the shares contained in Section 11(a) through Section 11(p) hereof, inclusive, and the provisions of Section 7, Section 9, Section 10, Section 13 and Section 14 hereof with respect to the Ordinary Shares shall apply on like terms to any such other shares.
