Common use of Shares of the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Shares of the Corporation. The provisions of this Agreement relating to the Shares shall apply to any shares or securities into which such Shares may be converted, changed, reclassified, re-divided, re-designated, redeemed, subdivided or consolidated, to any shares or securities that are received by the Shareholders hereto as a dividend or distribution payable in shares or securities of the Corporation and to any shares or securities of the Corporation or of any successor of a continuing entity of the Corporation that may be received by the Shareholders hereto on a reorganization, arrangement, amalgamation, consolidation or merger, statutory or otherwise.

Shares of the Corporation. The provisions of this Agreement relating to Shares of the Shares Corporation shall apply with the necessary changes to any shares Shares or securities into which such Shares may be converted, changed, reclassifiedre-classified, re-divided, re-designated, redeemed, subdivided or consolidated, to any shares or securities that are received by the Shareholders hereto as a dividend or distribution payable in shares Shares or securities of the Corporation and to any shares Shares or securities of the Corporation or of any successor of a or continuing entity of company or corporation to the Corporation that may be received by the Shareholders hereto on a reorganization, arrangementre-organization, amalgamation, consolidation or merger, statutory or otherwise.
