Shareholder Support Agreements. The Information Circular shall reflect the execution and delivery of the Shareholder Support Agreements set forth in subsections 7.1(b) and 7.2(b) and the irrevocable agreement of the directors, officers, key consultants and other securityholders of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ who execute such agreements to vote in favor of the Continuance and the Arrangement Resolution at the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Meeting, and the irrevocable agreement of the directors and officers of Rolling Thunder who execute such agreements to vote in favour of the Arrangement Resolution at the Rolling Thunder Meeting.
