Common use of Shared roles Clause in Contracts

Shared roles. 12. The Commonwealth and the States will be jointly responsible for developing and agreeing bilateral schedules which set out agreed feasibility studies and associated milestones, reporting and payment arrangements in accordance with clause 15 of this Agreement.
